We then send this out to you with a step by step guide of both how to use the GPS unit but also how to plan routes on your computer at home. On top of this we also give you two free webinars (live training seminars) to help you get to grips with both your GPS unit and also on planning routes on your computer and to top this we give you 1 years free access to our acclaimed GPS Training Online Resource which has step by step videos on everything you need to get to grips and we even add weekly video - top tips - into this online community and training resource. A complete training package at no extra cost when you buy any outdoor GPS unit from GPS Training.
Therefore, as we approach Christmas 2017 we are glad to say we have negotiated two cracking deals on the best GPS units in both the mid and top end of the world of outdoor GPS units.
Both these outdoor GPS units come with full GB Ordnance Survey mapping, this is one of the common faults people make, buying a GPS unit with no Ordnance survey mapping. If you do this and end up buying it at later stage it turns into an expensive mistake. Both these GPS units we have this Christmas come bundles in with a map card that is £199.99 as a standalone product, as you will see buying it alongside a GPS unit is literally saving you a fortune.
So, if you are buying one of these outdoor GPS units for yourself or for a present this Christmas you will not go far wrong, as you are not only buying a GPS unit you are getting a complete support and training package so you or the recipient can get 100% out of their GPS unit.
If you have any questions, please donít hesitate to get in touch and one of our GPS experts will talk you through the options available.

Some reviews that have been given in recent months about the eTrex 25 and the service they have received from GPS Training.
Margaret Butler said - Being a less than confident map reader but keen to be able to lead walks with my lovely cal walking group, my Garmin eTrex 25 has given me confidence. I have had to contact Andy for assistance and he has led me through the process in a clear and calm manner. I am very happy both with my GPS but also the invaluable additional support offfered. Many thanks
Andy Turnbull said - So far so good. I wasnt sure about paying the little bit extra to buy via GPS Training but I am very pleased I have. The support you get with the unit and support through GPS with webinars etc is brilliant. Garmins own instructions are not that user friendly and it can be a complicated bit of kit. However GPS Training make it straightforward. I have been impressed with the functionality of the etrex touch 25 so far especially when used in conjunction with base camp. All in all very happy.
Sue Lomax said - Not being very confident with technology I had delayed getting a GPS unit. However I am so pleased I am now the owner of a eTrex Touch 25. The fact the unit came ready to use straight from the box was perfect (Im sure if I had had to set it up myself it would still be in the box). The back up received from the folk at GPS Training is brilliant - I had to ring a couple of times with what I am sure were very basic questions but they were answered in a very easy to understand way, I didnt feel silly for asking them. I have now used the unit several times and found it particularly helpful on the nighttime section of a challenge walk I recently did. I have used several of the online training courses and like the fact I can refer to them as often as I need too. Thank you GPS Training for making my introduction to GPS technology understandable!
Some reviews that have been given in recent months about the Oregon 700 and the service they have received from GPS Training.
Ryan McCoy said - I was looking for a unit both for walking and mountain biking and after reviewing various sites and units I felt the advice and information from GPS Training was the most informative and accurate which helped me make my decision. Regarding the Oregon 700 - what a piece of kit, I cannot fault it in anyway. The support and service has also been brilliant.
Mark Bruce said - After spending many hours reviewing products that would serve my purpose for Road Cycling and Mountain adventures and after speaking with GPS Training I decided to purchase the Garmin Oregon 700. I was delighted with the info - quick response and setup and detailed instructions provided by GPS Training. The unit is very impressive and easy to use, I havent had a chance to use it on the Hills yet but I have done many miles cycling with it and am very impressed. One thing I have to mention though is that the battery life has been poor so far. I suspect this is due to the windchill temperature it experiences whilst mounted on the handlebars. I have got the battery usage set to low and am using good quality rechargeable batteries that have served me well in the past but doesnt achieve the battery life quoted.
Stuart Knox - Im loving my new Oregon 700. Ive just used it in Iceland and actually am off to climb the Ettrick Hills this morning with it. Big thanks to Lynn and Henry at GPS for helping me with the Iceland map download. The support service from GPS is second to none. And their training linked with the online Garmin instructions is brilliant.
